Cut Plastic Sheeting Avis 

Absolutely shocking ordered my order on 27th its now the 11th was told it would be 3-6 working days. Phoned mid week had been told would get delivered yesterday, to not have turned up, to then ring this morning to find out the DX delivery van had broken down and it would be here today. Then to have a phone call back from them half an hour later to say it hadn't even got to depo yet. Now saying delivery will be tomorrow. I Will not be recommending this company nor will I be using this company again.

Edit: first order was placed on the 27th I have confirmation emails stating so and I have emailed saying the order had been processed on the 27th I then placed a second order with you through a telephone call which you stated my order would be here Monday 10th its now 11th still not here and now not going to be here till tomorrow.

Ordered some kitchen splash backs with holes cut for switches and sockets. Sizing was perfect with holes in exactly the right places. Arrived in very impressive packaging. Everyone at the company was very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I would have given five stars but for the dreadful service provided by their chosen courier. I know this wasn’t the fault of Cut Plastic Sheeting and they were very concerned and helpful in trying to sort things out but it did mar an otherwise great experience.

We needed to replace the panels on our wardrobe and ordered 4 sheets of gloss plastic sheeting, the delivery was on time and the panels arrived in pristine condition and cut to our exact size, we are very happy and would recommend this company.

Ordered a custom sheet of acrylic as a wall protector for behind my bin. Measured accurately and put together a PDF with a sample drawing with all measurements. Was quoted by Eddie (I think that was his name) and he gave me a quote. There was a small order charge however by upping my thickness from 4mm to 6mm I did end up recouping some of that charge back! After paying over the phone I was told it would be a 6 day lead time with priority shipping. 6 days later and my item has arrived and they have measured and cut perfectly! EXTREMELY happy. Thank you.

with such a high Covid demand for plastic sheeting these days I was pleasantly surprised that my order was delivered on time. Everything about my experience with this company was businesslike and professional, but most importantly the cut sheets were a perfect fit and look great.

Couldn’t be happier with my gorgeous orange splashback for above sink which was getting dirty! Came within timeframe, kept informed all the way and really well wrapped for safety.

A bad experience with this company, of a quoted 7 - 12 day lead time which including weekends was closer to 19 days. When I checked Google Maps street view I found they work from a small lockup unit on Lee Mill Industrial Estate, Ivybridge. Their web site misled me into believing that they were something much bigger.

I decided to re-cover my 50 year old woodwork bench with MDF. Google quickly lead me to "Cut Plastic Sheeting". The webiste was easy to use and order placed. About 20 minutes later I realised I'd like to make it double thickness so called CPS. Young lady very quickly organised it and cc payment made.
The sheets were delivered 1 week later. Arrived, by arrngement, at 0700hrs, very friendly and helpful driver and he was quickly on his way again.
Now to secure it all!
The bench should be ready for another 50 years though I fear that won't all be with me!
I cannot reccomend CPS enough. A pleasure to deal with.

I must admit to being slightly nervous after reading the negative reviews, but the 6 panels I ordered all arrived in around a week (I just took the free shipping option), well packaged and exactly the sizes I needed for my greenhouse. There was a slight mix up with the delivery, but that was a fault of DPD rather than Cut Plastic who dealt with the matter very professionally so I won't hold that against them. All in all, very impressed and will definitely use them again

Almost placed an order until I saw the final price which had a £16.50 'small order charge' added to it without any warning.

Brilliant work, the 3 sheets of perspex were cut to exactly the right size, exact to the millimetre. Perfect job. The sheets were delivered by DPD exactly on time and the sheets were exceptionally well packed.
I was kept well informed about my order and it's progress and follow up emails from DPD as to its delivery time.
A lot of other companies could learn a lot by following Cut Plastic Sheeting's example. Well done :-)

If your reading this you have probably already read a few reviews on poor delivery and a lack of communication. Sadly I have experienced the same. I though I would try a different more local company as order this sort of thing regularly and just ordered a small easy amount first. Sadly didn't hear anything for a few days so I followed up the order and one improvement is they have kept in touch but i have been delayed on 3 occasions now. I can't recommend this company and will be looking to spend a bit more but will go back to using a more competent company for future orders.

The service from this company is disgraceful. They get third party companies to make up the orders (in my case, a sheet of polycarbonate). They sent the incorrect specifications to the third party, who delivered a sheet in good faith. Sadly, as the specifications were incorrect, the sheet had been cut incorrectly and would not have fitted my roof! After this, dozens of phone calls and emails, with Cut Plastic Sheeting claiming a new delivery had been made when it hadn't. Now I find that they have disconnected their phone lines. You must avoid this company.

Terrible Service. Im assuming that the "oustanding customer service" quote on the website was part of the template when setting it up because its definitely isnt true!

Order was delayed by a week, Sizing correct but hadn't done the rounded corners or edge polishing that we had requested - so asked twice for a refund for these extra elements which still hasn't materialised

DO NOT USE THEM! I am pretty sure this company is the very defintion of scammers. My order was despatched a month ago but has not arrived. Contacted the company by phone and e mail on several occassions and all they said was they would look into it. I feel scammed and they dont care. DO NOT USE THEM!

Do not use this company - scammers and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Dreadful service. Paid a premium of £28 for 48 hour delivery. No response after 3 days e-mailed to ask where order was. No response so then phoned. Phone rings and rings for ages and is not always answered. Spoke to a lady who said she would try and locate the order??? I said I needed it within 48 hours or to cancel it as I had already paid for premium delivery that had not happen. Was promised a call back. Didn't happen. Then after 48 hours received an e-mail asking if I wanted item delivered on the Saturday when I had quite clearly told the company previously that we were a company that did not open on a Saturday. Order cancelled and still awaiting refund over 10 days later. I will be asking Mastercard to do a charge back if a refund is not received. Do not use this company. There are plenty of other companies that value their customers

Ordered three small sheets. One was a very different size to what I requested. Another wasn't exactly what I wanted, but I made it work. The other was correct. I sent two emails asking for a replacement. No response. After two weeks finally phoned and spoke with a person named Tony. Sent him my previous emails directly and no response three weeks later. Very poor.
