Be cautious
Be cautious - I was brought to Dadsurance from their Facebook ads. The ads seem to suggest an offer of a dad starter kit - showing items like a buggy, car seat - all branded with Dadsurance.
I filled in the details and got the policy via ‘get covered’. I now understand that Dadsurance is essentially capturing leads but this seems a bit dishonest to me. I have tried making contact with Dadsurance - via their email (which doesn’t work) and also their Facebook messenger. I am going to need to cancel my policy and go elsewhere during the cooling off period

We have reviewed your policy record and can confirm that there have been no amendments made to your policy documents since it was set up, and that your policy remains active. As part of our standard checks, your details were electronically verified against independent data sources, including your name and address, and these matched correctly at the time of application.
Because those verification checks and our internal records all show your name and address as correct, we are not entirely sure what you mean when you say that “all the names are wrong”. We are concerned that there may be something specific you have noticed that we are not currently aware of, and we do not want to overlook a potential issue that could affect your peace of mind.

Professional, Polite & Friendly
What professional, polite and proactive Dadsurance is. Easy to seup. No confusing Jargon and straight to the point.
They always contacted me back. I didnt have to chase. I left it up to them once I provided all the informaiton needed. The forms came in the post swiftly and was easy to understand.
