Damak Avis 

I've ordered a few Kurtas from them and have been very pleased.
The sizes are generous so it's important to ensure you measure according to their sizes. I'm generally a L but their medium fitted me nicely and is generous. I always find asian outfits to be too tight on bust and hips but that's not the case with damak.
The outfits for lovely. The fabrics are amazing quality and sooo comfortable and prices are very good. Definitely worth the buy.

I ordered some outfits online, lovely prints and material. As a size XL you will find the sizing is generous. I actually visited the store yesterday as I was in the area on a visit. The variety in store is very good and the gentleman was very organised and helpful in finding me the right sizes for the outfits I choose. I was impressed with the variety and the prices. Well done Damak as you cater for the plus sizes as well which not all places do.

They won't sell to you if you wrote a review based on their performance. I thought id give them another chance and they cancelled my order and there reason was because they couldn't take a bad review wow what good customer service never in my life seen such behaviour .

I bought a number of outfits from Damak after seeing my sister and niece dressed in outfits from here. I ordered about a week before Eid, and paid for the faster delivery. I was a little concerned about it getting to me in time, so I emailed them, and they responded within minutes with the tracking details of the parcel. When they did arrive I loved all of the outfits. They are a little baggier than I expected, but I still love them.

Ordered a couple of size 16 kameez. Upon delivery checked it looks like an 18/20 size. 1 kameez gold print had faded patches. Therefore i would deem it as a faulty kameez. Yet i had to pay for return postage. When i emailed questioning why i should pay for return if items faulty, their response was its as per their policy apparently and even stated they will not reply to any more of my emails.
Such rude impatient customer service.

I am actually surprised at the negative reviews! Me and my sister have both used Damak without any issues at all and always receive beautiful items and that too very quickly! The customer service of this website is amazing! I recently ordered an incorrect size and after emailing them I was given instructions on sending back for an exchange and it was all done without any problem at all and i received the correct size order so quickly!! I have dealt with other asian online shops in the past who haven't been so easy to deal with in circumstances like this. So thank you Damak for your amazing service!!!

Absolutely fuming I have been waiting for my item to arrive for nearly a month now. I have been emailing the company but not much use. They keep blaming Royal Mail. Also they told me to file a complaint with PayPal. Ahem... you guys got my money so why should I take it up with PayPal. A person has emailed me back saying not to email them back again...just because I expressed my concern about my order. It’s like they are not responsible AT ALL. I mean I clearly ordered from their website DAMAK. Also it was my first time I ordered and I will not be ordering anymore. NO WAY. Stay away from that site people.

As a plus size Pakistani lady it’s really hard to find a suit in my size let alone that’s fashionable and stylish! Damak fulfils both categories and with online quick delivery service and always get prompt deliver and good quality suits too - definitely a must for all!
