Daryl Flood Moving & Storage Avis 

Our move with Daryl Floods, Guy English & team was great. They we professional, punctual, great communicators and personable as well. They took great care to protect both the home we moved out of as well as the one we moved in to. All of our belongings we packaged with care and labeled accurately. They made us feel appreciated and valued as customers and never left without making sure we knew what to expect with the next step and didn't have any questions. Guy went out of his way for us to make sure we got moved on time and we can't thank him enough for this. Guy and his team are awesome and there wasn't a single thing they could have done better.
This was our fourth corporate move and definitely the best. Thank you all so much!

Our experience with Daryl Flood this past summer was a nightmare; this company treated my family and our belongings with contempt and disrespect. Though the company was in breach of contract with us, we were bullied into accommodating it. Many of our belongings were damaged in the process; packers packed our belongings carelessly and irresponsibly; boxes were mislabeled in bizarre ways; delivery men put things where they wanted them to go, not where we instructed them to put them. The driver damaged our yard when he left our property. Never in our 27 years of marriage have my wife and I been treated so badly by a business.

I just wanted to give kudos to Jeff Brown and Jose for the OUTSTANDING job that they did with our move. I will definitely look for them again for any future moving needs. Thanks again!

Barring the fact that my goods arrived in California at the very last day of the contract - a whole 18 days after they picked it up in Texas, it has been a pretty smooth experience. Couple of missing items, but the claims process has been pretty simple.

I moved from Austin to Poughkeepsie NY in November 2015. I used a Mayflowerr company to move from Charleston SC to Austin previously and Daryl Flood were the company that delivered my furniiture at that time.

When I was moving from Austin I didn't consider anyone else for my move back to NY. Darkly Flood's representative was great to work with and also my coordinator when everything was a go.

I would highly recommend Daryl Flood, in fact my son moved a month after me and he called Daryl Flood after hearing how pleased I was with their services. Moving is stressful and having an efficient and reputable company with you all the way is so important.

The moving crew from Mayflower were fast and professional. They were courteous to me and my family while working hard to move our things quickly.

My overall experience with Daryl Flood is nice. I think it is nice as people there are very friendly and deal with my missing stuffs very positively, without much work in my side.

When they delivered my stuffs, it was several hours after the scheduled time. And there were some of other people's stuffs, whereas some of mine were missing, although they paid me back for those missing stuffs. I will definitely use their service again. But hope they will improve the schedule arrangement and separation of stuffs of different people.

Had a great experience with the driver and movers but the case manager was not very pleasant to work with and price is a bit high. I used this company only because my company (who moved me) wanted to use this company. I probably would have picked a friendlier crew with a more honest/resonable price. But at the end of the day, my stuff was moved and nothing was really damaged.

My company relocated my family and I to another state and I chose Mayflower since we have used them before and liked the overall experience. They do an excellent job of packing your belongings safely, quickly, and securely. The people are always nice and sociable. They also did well at accommodating my schedule on when to deliver at the new address. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

These fine people exceeded my expectations in all phases of our move. From the packers to the loaders to the truck drivers to the unloaders and all of the office staff. I have been very pleased with my moving experience.

The quoted cost of my move was exactly what they said it would be with no add ons. They delivered the my house full of furniture within the time frame they had promised. Both the packing and initial pick-up and the unloading on the other end went off without a hitch. Based on my experience, I have np problem recommending Daryl Flood I couldn't have asked for a better move.

This is our second time using Darryl Flood for relocation. We liked the drivers and his crew who packed and unpacked with our stuff. But the experience with their claims department has been horrible. They are very slow to respond and repair or compesate for essential items which is causing us a lot of inconvenience. We paid an arm and a leg for this move and did not expect such a stressful experience. I hope they improve their claims department.

Boxes were incorrectly labeled as to contents. Should tell customers to not pack remotes and carry with. Many boxes crushed. Had two items broken due to removing from protective boxes.
Delivery above average. From driver and his help all were very friendly and unloaded very fast, showing care and concern for our things.

Went the extra mile with my booking over Christmas. Jodie and Candice did a fantastic job in helping to organize my move. There were a couple hiccups here and there as you'd expect, but overall, I would use them again and recommend to friends. The teams they hired were top notch, took care of my stuff, and made my move less stressful.

The service rep was terrible!!! She would not return my calls and she charged us for a service we did not get. She would not call the driver back when he sat in front of our house for one and half hours waiting to unload and it was all her mistake. We were very pleased with the driver and crew. They were excellent. She should be fired. I therefor cannot recommend you.

Service was great. Movers were early at every point of move. Very efficient. Best move I have ever had. ( I have moved 8 times). I would recommend this company for the future.
