Conveyancers with a difference, you will be dealt with by a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor who will handle your transaction from start to finish.
You can contact us personally at any time during the process, you will not be "fobbed off" to a more junior member of staff. Because we do not "pile it high and sell it cheap" we have the time to spend on our clients transactions, reading everything through thoroughly to ensure you are making a prudent purchase.

Great, reliable and easy comms
Rose and the team did a fantastic job on our sale and purchase. They are very responsive and easy to get hold of, they are thorough and diligent, and have helped with some tricky aspects of our purchase with professionalism and care. Definitely the best conveyancing solicitors we have used and will use again.
The only reason this is not 5 stars is because there was a week around exchange when the usual service dipped, and caused a bit of worry. This was resolved quickly and did not affect our timelines in the end.

This perceived dip was because you and other parties in the chain had decided you were moving on a specific date, however, the bottom of the chain were not quite ready to commit and were awaiting the return of signed documents from their clients. Although you required regular updates, in truth there was no real movement in the position as we could not exchange until the bottom of the chain were holding signed documents. We appreciate it was quite a nerve wracking time for you and we continued to provide a competent service and updated you as soon as we had further news for you. Excellent in all ways. Rose dealt with the sale of my house and was extremely helpful throughout. All queries were swiftly answered and she was always available. Rose was also dealing with our planned purchase which we ended up pulling out of but I will definitely be using her when we find another house to buy.
