An excellent property lawyer
I was selling a house without using an estate agent and needed to find a property lawyer to deal with the sale. Davis & Co was recommended to me and I could not have found a better firm. They are all very frendly and kept me informed though out. I have never sold a house before and Rose was very helpful even ringing me on her day off to inform me the sale had been completed. I was lucky enough to have Sherrie Powell act for me in a difficult property transfer and she was nothing short of amazing. Sherrie was responsive, always keeping me up to date about progression of the matter (which many other solicitors simply don’t do), and pushed hard to get the transfer across the line quickly. She truly went above and beyond for me at every step of the transaction. Her advice was expert, clear and easy to understand. Not only that but she was kind, understanding and fun to work with, which really sets her apart from a lot of other conveyancers in my view.
