The first time that I have used a courier and it was a good experience with no issues. I cannot recommend the courier highly enough- westparkian, James was excellent to deal with from start to finish, highly recommended.

Great service from the administrative team, getting me a range of competitive quotes that I wouldn’t have been able to source myself. The best quote was from Peter of Sir Winchalot, who had great reviews, so was clearly valued by customers. I made the right call choosing him.
The one private quote I got was considerably higher than those from Delivery Quote Compare, so I’ve saved well over a hundred pounds using their platform. That’s a lot of money in this day and age.

They went the extra mile to fix a problem outwith their control or responsibility. Would absolutely recommend in a heartbeat.

I paid up front. Big mistake. DQC took my money and put me in contact with a Transporter. Paid him up front as requested. Second big mistake. He took my money (over £1000) and ran. Promised to refund me. Never did. Was given another Transporter by DQC. The same thing happened, more fool me. Excuses and promises for almost a year now. Still out of pocket by more than £2000.
Beware of companies that don't have postal addresses and NEVER pay up front. I learned to hard way 'cos I'm a fool.

Very pleased with this company everything was nice and easy and got a few quotes.
It was a difficult job and involved liaising with the transport company in order to meet at the pick up point.
I will definitely be using delivery quote compare next time a job is needed.

These people act as middle men and will not refund you if anything goes wrong. They work out of a barn and use mobile phone and if you call them and leave a message you never get a response and if you do its just to slow you down and mislead you. i got scammed by a driver recently and he took my money and ran after wasting a month of my times and lying constantly until it finally sunk in that i hard been taken for a ride please read the quick summary of what happen below with the transporter.

Hello, for the past month I have been trying to move my car and I have been told lie after lie excuse after excuse to the point where it’s just a joke now. I paid on the 5th of September and was told my car would be collected on Wednesday nothing happen here is a list of messages i have received.

This is the 3rd time he said he was on his way and I had and got my car ready and installed the battery…. then he tells me 1 hour before arriving he’s been stopped by the police in Spain and at this point I don't believe his lies at all so I ask him to send me a picture and his location... he sends me a picture 2 hours later of a French police car... I live in Spain and they only have 3 types of police cars local,national and guarda civil. Then I call and offer to come and assist him cos I speak Spanish and he’s only 200 miles away and he says I can’t talk now and claims it’s a Spanish police car again and that they are taking me in for an interview and hangs up and doesn’t even call back the next day I had to chase him the next day and he says this…
Morning I’ll call you in mo…. Just getting up didn’t get out till 10pm

Then I finally get a call back hours later saying that he’s had enough and is going to visit his friend in Benidorm. and the police have taken his trailer and that he would come on Sunday… I ask for him to send me his location again for like the 15th time and still ignores it and sends nothing.
Sunday arrivals, no call no messages no nothing.
Now he wont even answer my calls and my money hasn’t been returned. aviod Patch,Garteh and any bank account with HG light haulage.

I left a bad review on DeliveryQuoteCompare.com and nothing get listed.. that just shows you that its all a big con.

After entering details of the item,then pick up and destination points I received numerous replies with quotes and timescales involved. All this happened within 12 hours.
Once I received the quotes I chose the one I considered to be the best in my required timeframe.

rubbish company and driver simon had 3 times for delivery of motorbike when it never arrived phoned simon to say it was past a joke and he said he would dump bike in layby also had abusive texts from him after that he as now decided that i will have to wait 7 days for delivery should have been done within 3 day also quotecompare as no control over drivers contacted james bullock from transport nothing SO IF I WERE YOU WANTING DELIVERY TRY OTHER PLACES THIS COMPANY IS USELESS NOT TO BE TRUSTED THE DRIVER IN QUESTION WAS SIMON RIXON DO NOT ACCEPT QUOTES FROM THIS PERSON IF HES ON ANY DELIVERY SITES

I placed an order to transport a motorcycle - pick up and deliver to my house. I received a quick quote which I accepted and after paying deposit Richard Baker got in touch and was very efficient and quick with pick up and delivery as promised. He had purpose built van for motorcycles and not just piled up with other stuff. His communication with both me and the person he picked the bike up from was faultless and stress free. He even sent pictures to confirm delivered. Thoroughly recommend.

Contacted this company to arrange a courier to move a motorcycle.

Initial contact was swift, especially as they wanted their commission paid up front, which I did.

The driver they allocated was seriously poor in service delivery and communication and as a result of this lack of contact I cancelled the order with plenty if notice.

The driver then got in touch explaining he was away fo holidays. Why accept the job if you're not available???

I requested a refund of deposit from delivery quote compare and never had so much as a response to my request.

I paid through PayPal and have now asked them to intervene.

These guys are clearly middle men out to make a fast buck then walk away.
