When I log into my account everything comes up quickly and accurately for a refill of my checks. There was some reason that it took my awhile to get to my account but I don't recall the specifics.
Once in, I was good to go and it was quick!

Do not use Deluxe if you have a…
Do not use Deluxe if you have a business logo. The checks they sent us absolutely cannot be used for our business. They resent an order after I complained and it is exactly the same. I don’t usually write reviews or complain but if you are running a business, and want a professional looking check with your logo DO NOT USE THEM. I have 500 business checks that will have to be shredded because the logo is absolutely TERRIBLE.

No Record of Order
I ordered something, didn't receive it in a timely manner, realized I already had the product, called Deluxe to cancel the order. Deluxe rep had no record of my order. I made sure rep understood that I wanted the order canceled. Shortly after that, I rec'd emails stating that the item had shipped. When I called after receiving the item, there was still a bit of a mix up. The rep had a UPS label sent to me and credited me for the order. So, it was a mixed bag.
