Delux had the wrong address to deliver…
Delux had the wrong address to deliver our checks. They were business checks and you dropped them off at a home address that we could not find! Had to call back cancel those numbers. Call Customer Service in that person was very helpful. Huge inconvenience

Ok but number one it seems to be the…
Ok but number one it seems to be the only place we can order this kind of stuff from. 2, I ordered what was supposed to a 3 check in a row cover or book and the product gave no dimensions on the webpage. I had to assume because it came from Delux and was the ONLY 3 check in a row cover that it would fit. Well I got it and it is 2” too short. So mad. Why don’t you include dimensions on the webpage? Would save us a lot of trouble.

Ordered checks for wrong company
I had accidentally ordered checks for the wrong company on a Friday evening. When I called Deluxe on Monday morning their representative couldn't have been nicer. She said she would stop the original order and there would be no charge. She then proceeded to get the correct information for the check printing. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable throughout our phone conversation.
