I have had better service with managers before but this manager at 8120 Esters Blvd Irving Tx 75063 was the worse by for I asked if he could take something off because my grandsons chicken strips were cooked hard and my server Guadalupe M was nice enough to get him some more but they were still cooked hard and when I talked the manager he took the tenders out my hand (basically snatched) I wasn't asking for them to be free just take something off and when I asked for his name he refused to give it too me and acted like he didn't or couldn't hear me but he didn't have any problem asking for the money and the waitress standing by him tried to say something and I politely told her don't insert yourself in something when I wasn't talking to her. I will never go back to this Denny's again to get treated like the manager treated me.

I have been going to your Dennys in New Smyrna Beach and have always liked the great service and prices in New Smyrna Beach. For 33 years I have enjoyed the restaurant and the friendly waitstaff. Lately though the dining rooms are kept at very cold temperatures. Other diners have complained too. We have witnessed customers turning around and leaving upon finding the cold dining room as well. The A/C is constantly running. Please have them set the thermostat at a comfortable level.

My server Elaine was so awesome and great, that I would go back again and again. She was kind,courteous and fast.

We had to wait about an hour and a half for our food and the food wasn't even fully done and then the waitresses started fighting

This was by far the worst place I have ever worked for. They are a bunch of lazy people that don't do their work and leave it for the people that do their work. I would recommend that nobody have to go through that and not work there. believe me I put up with it for years there, so I diffidently know how it is.

My family of four just had dinner at Dennys off of Dear Valley and the I-17. We had a wonderful experience because of Lisa who went above and beyond in every way. What a wonderful person she is!!

The Service at night by the server jairo is excellent, always know my needs and is good to have conversations with about recommendations with the food and always is courteous

We had an excellent experience, Tina was our waitress and she did an excellent job!! She was very attentive, assisted us with downloading the Denny’s app and getting our free donut holes! Food was great as well! We’ll be back and ask for Tina!!

My experience is great Denny's family is my family and ii LOVE MISS JERRICA she makes me have a wonderful time my food always hot and my refreshments stayed filled and she kept checking on me she's very polite and patient with everyone.

I have had dinner at the restaurant tonight and was greeted the moment I walked in the restaurant by the General Manager a Mr.Shafi.This has not happened in any of the places I have been to in over a year and I dine out on a daily basis.The waitress Bela also greeted my the moment I sat down and had my drink on the table within less than 2 minutes .My food was excellent and when my waitress was busy with a large table the other waitress removed my dinner plate and offered me desert which I ordered she even delivered to my table. I have to also give her a 5 star rating her name was Katy. I will be her all week on business and will definitely be dinning at your establishment during the week. Great service Great Staff.

Went to Dennys yesterday for breakfast it was super busy. Our service was excellent. the crew was so friendly. and fun. The food was wonderful. Great place to go in Twin Falls,

Please if you’re in Charlotte nc stop by Dennys. The service 9/10! The food 8/10! Only because it wasn’t all you can eat. All together 10/10! Please visit.

I ordered A sirloin Cobb salad and received the Cobb salad with one micro piece of the cut up sirloin!!! When I called the server order and told them they forgot the steak, the server made an effort to make “it right”. Comes back with a saucer bowl of cut up scraps as the steak!!! What a shame, I’d be highly embarrassed to be called Denny’s

Hello to all !!! I wanted to shine light on the 20 & Bonnie View location in Dallas, Tx. The team there truly works as a team. The waiter that serviced me was very attentive and kind. Made sure all my needs for lunch were meet even provided other options that were available. His name was C.J Thanks for the experience.

I want to give a great big shout out to my over night server. She was very polite caring kept our drinks refilled she was very busy doing carryout order never once did she complain even when her customers were giving her a hard time she never gave up she kept on smiling and laughing never once did she get frustrated with my children who had 100 questions she kept them occupied and she kept everything in building so peaceful. And the food was on time still hot the cook was even doing a great job. Thanks neicy even though I know you explained your real name being hard but I remember kenisha!! Thanks
