Carrie our server - great visit
I visited Denny’s on the 27 pilot truck stop in Haines City, Florida - what a wonderful experience - our server Carrie was very friendly and attentive, pointed out the specials on the menu / the food was served quickly with our drinks topped up without asking / def visit again if Carrie is serving
A sad day for Dennys
I use to like dennys alot. I went recently and it was disgusting. My French toast were sopping wet with batter. My over easy eggs were over cooked so the yokes were chewy. Bacon was raw...pancakes burnt and the toast had no butter and were cold.
Disappointed
My 13 yo daughter loves dennys pancake breakfast so I take her to the sunset/durango location once a month. Up until this last visit, every single time has been great.
We are creatures of habit and usually order the same thing every visit but decided to switch it up. Our server started off great but kept dropping the ball.
When our food arrived I noticed something was missing and she spaced out for a few seconds and then went to re submit the food items she missed. Shortly after the food arrived, she puts our check on the table and says we HAVE to pay for our bill now because she was getting off of work. I was irritated but paid the bill and continued eating. Not once did she refill our drinks nor bring to go containers for our leftovers. I still left her a tip because I was in the tipping industry for over years but because of this experiences will be having our mommy/daughter breakfasts elsewhere.

The Dennys on I17 and Dunlap is amazing! The waitress was absolutely amazing and professional and friendly. Wonderful welcoming environment. Very clean. Really prompt service to bring the food. i would recommend this location at everyone. The Waitress Haley was the best ever!!!!
Most of my order was wrong
Most of my order was wrong. Part of my order was someone else's order. Then when they tried to correct it they only got part of it right. So now I am trying to get a partial refund on what they missed. Which was almost half the total bill.
Bad website
Their online order for delivery does not work. I chose forgot my password and they did not send anything to my email. so I can't order anything for delivery

Waiter, Gamal, was great! He was super attentive, and most courteous. The food was tasty; I had the triple burger, my wife had the salmon.
Hella great service
The food was great in Honolulu. I enjoyed the walk there while visiting my brother and his family. My youngest brother accidentally lost his phone there but he found it on the first night in Honolulu. Recommend this 20/10
Shianne was our server today
Shianne was our server today. She was awesome and made it fun for my family. She kept our drink glasses full and came by several times to see if we needed anything. She got the food out to us pretty fast and it was still warm. I hope she is our sever the next time we come in.
Fabulous Experience
We were a party of 3 in Lake Conroe Denny’s. The staff were not expecting the influx of patrons who came in for a national dance competition. There were three employees doing everything for a very busy night! They knocked it out of the park! They were so very friendly and helpful! Mike (manager?) was helping with everything! Seating people, making the most incredible milk shake, helping the chef and the server! They were an awesome team and deserve the utmost praise! We enjoyed a delicious meal with the friendliest staff! Thanks Mike and the other two super busy guys!!

I came in me and my family an had other options to come go to somewhere else to eat but choice here because of the Denny's where we live is a place that my children love an I'm glad that I did because our server Ashley taken care of us and I was able to notice a lot of things that I am all so formally with because of my experience of being a sever in my youthful days they actually work well together it was busy but they actually helped each other which isn't much of thing in some restaurants but I noticed the staff worked well together and our food was amazing I am glad we decided to stop in an eat we was disappointed at all thank you guys at it meant alot to me an my family

Warning to AARP members
Warning to AARP members. The 15% discount that Denny's offers to AARP members is not quite honest. Only SOME of the items are discounted. On a recent $22 tab, the discount was only $1.23 which is a 6% discount. They need to be straight up with seniors!
Wondrous Staff
My 13-year-old autistic grandson, Wade and I visited this location on Father's day. It was the first time he spent it without his dad.
We ordered what his dad used to order with him. We own our business and came in shortly after we finished up for the day.
We were hot and tired, he was very sad. I cannot describe to you how wonderful & happy to be of service to customers reflected by your staff.
It was pure joy, kindness, professional, you name all the great things one comes to expect and openly embrace, especially in these trying times.
We were able to inform your staff of my grandson's situation and they showed the utmost empathy and reflection.
He left feeling so much better than he had the entire week. BTW we truly love the blueberry pancakes as always! The sausage not so much but that's not the point.
If you could just thank the ladies there and I apologize I do not remember their names. I think one was Tanya; she's a little bitty thing all smiles & happy. The other was much younger showing the same level of kindness and professionalism. We even spoke to her on her break, she didn't Huff or Puff, she smiled and showed immense care to my grandson who she acknowledged was having a tough time.
Autism can make the person often feel disconnected because people especially teens can be mean. My grandson is a wondrous spirit and filled with such kindness, empathy and acceptance. Him being shown a reflection of who he is reinforces there are far more wonderful entities in this world and the City then we may realize.
For this we shall forever be grateful for lasting memories.

Ordered buscuits and gravy and there was a biscuit with a small amount of gravy on top of it. Eggs were wet and bacon not cooked all the way. Pancakes were cold.
Exceptional service provided by Natasha, Denny’s Old Town, Kissimmee
My family and I recently took a two week holiday to Orlando, from the UK. We visited your restaurant in Old Town, Kissimmee. I never usually provide feedback on service, but in this instance, feel compelled to do so. The member of staff who served us was so exceptional, we revisited the restaurant no less than 5 times over the two-week period. Her name is Natasha. Never have I received such attentive and efficient care - I literally could not have asked for better service. I hope this is fed back to Natasha, she really is a credit to Denny’s and we can’t thank her enough.

Second and final bad experience
Second and final bad experience. The server and whatever was 'the cook. could not understand what eggs over well means. This final time was on 05/2125. I called dennys headquarters on 05/22/25. The person I talked to seemed sincere and said she would send this to upper management. Today is 06/06/25. No response.

Crazy skillet is a breakfast item, but you can't order it till after 11.
I tried to order it 15 minutes to 11 and I was told I had to wait.
This is something they put on most of the menus. I'm a trucker I eat and all the Denny's around the country.
And most of them ignore the 11 o'clock. I won't fuel at this flying j or eat again.
