Making Quality Dental Care More Manageableas excellent from…
The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout Nelly’s orthodontic treatment. They were always easy to deal with, explained things clearly and made the process feel straightforward.
What really made a difference for us was the payment plan. Nelly’s braces were around $11,000, and being able to spread the payments over 2 plus years made the treatment much more manageable for our family. Without that flexibility, committing to the treatment would have been a much bigger financial burden.
The payment system was also easy to understand and manage, which took a lot of the stress out of such a significant expense.
What is the company doing well?
They have a great combination of professional and friendly staff, a well-organised system and, most importantly, a payment option that makes quality dental treatment much more accessible. The staff deserve particular recognition for how helpful and accommodating they were throughout the process.
We had a very positive experience and would happily recommend them to others.

A great experience except when my second child was added to the plan I couldn't see their plan. Had to set up via different email address and this too was difficult. But the actual plan was great.
