Late fees charged to me for their errors.
Despite working for months the direct debit stopped working. My bank insists there was no problem on their end. So DentiCare just kept charging me late fees. Every time I called and asked for then to escalate the problem to their finance team to find out why the payments weren’t going through they refused. Terrible customer service and no pathway for resolution offered.

No longer accepting applications if on…
No longer accepting applications if on Centerlink payments. I got a loan 5years ago with no income and no job as a house wife. I go to apply as a single mum earning more then before and rejected. Biased to single parents if a house wife nothing can apply and child support doesn't count. I rang up and the lady on the phone refused to give me a higher up someone to talk to and just repeated the sorry I can't help over and over instead of hearing what I know from previous experiences. My circumstances never changed as you can see they still won't admit they used to accept Centerlink payments and can't even read the complaint. Probably ai.

Not a positive experience
Dealing with Denticare has been a negative experience. Borderline harassment when a payment was missed, even though we had paid thousands of dollars. Extremely rigid when calling and seeking flexibility on various matters.
