I would highly recommend this company with exceptional customer and aftersales service throughout. They have an excellent range of products, coupled with an extremely professional and accommodating team. Mari in particular really went the extra mile to help me with my order.
Will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Horrendous experience, product fitted as per instructions and still faulty after two attempts, appalling, rude and hostile customer services, verging on abusive. Would not recommend at all.
Regarding the response: the product was fitted according to instructions and is not under any stress, the fault is in the adhesive used on the product which is not suitable for exposure to heat hence the damage, any business that responds to a customer by saying 'how anybody with any common sense could complain that our signs are not fit for purpose' is basically confirming how arrogant they are that they do not make mistakes and their response to this review confirms this.

Plastic Republic have been first class in their service. I recently commissioned a house name in black acrylic. The team were very supportive and guided me well throughout the process. Every email was answered, with every query. I did not have to make one telephone call as the emails were responded to so quickly. The item I received was absolutely beautiful. I have never had to commission a house name before, but should anyone ask if I know somewhere, this Company will be my first port of call for recommendations. Louise is an excellent member of staff.

The guys at Plastic Republic were really useful in help, I needed, with the installation the original, manual, controller for my illuminated house number. At that time they promised a WiFi version which arrived recently and has been installed without problem. The WiFi controller is brilliant and 110% easier than the manual version.

Firstly i would like to take the time thank all at Plastic republic.

I placed my order after searching for quite a while for a light up sign i come across this company from the start the service was totally faultless. I was blown away with my sign i can not recommend this company highly enough for a first class customer service. The quality is fantastic aswell.

Wanted something different as a house sign.. Found it with this company. I chose the Sorrento. It is beautiful.
Marie and Louise were outstanding in assisting me with my queries.. They even sent photos of the sign when placing my order.
My new aluminium windows will be installed next week, then I will add my new Sorrento sign.
I haven’t seen anything similar whilst researching these items.. so if you are looking for something unique... This is the company to choose..

Excellent product. Our house number arrived well packaged and with clear and comprehensive fixing instructions and cleaning and maintenance details. Fixing was simple with all fixings, screws, wall plugs etc included. I can highly recommend

The bespoke larger size illuminated sign came out really well. It has really added to the whole front door lighting signage and is very clear from a distance for night time use. Well made and designed : easy for my builder to install and a neat LED unit. Admired by many!!

Great company, simple to order with good visuals as to what the end product will look like. Product then replicated online imagery when it arrived.

Due to not completing my house renovations for over a year since purchasing my house sign, i hadn't opened the packaging for over a year since ordering. Some small spacers were missing, a quick email to the sales team and it was sorted. A polite apology, and the fixings were in the post that evening, no questions asked.

What a fantastic company. Firstly the door numbers that I ordered are just what I was looking for, they are excellent quality, packaged well and came with all the fixings (free)!! most other places charge you for the fixings!! The delivery was super quick, I emailed customer service and asked if there was anyway I could get them delivered sooner than the stated turn around time which they promptly replied and said that they would be on the next days delivery !!!! Ordered on Tuesday arrived on Thursday !!! Well done Plastic Republic 5 stars all the way.
