DeWaard & Bode Avis 

Purchased a washer and dryer over the phone due to COVID shopping changes and previous positive purchase experiences with dewaard and bode. Salesperson was good, helpful - no special deals or pricing. Bought extended warranty. However installation was poor and left us in a dangerous position. Installers capped propane line since new dryer was electric. It was left loose and leaking into our house. The dryer was shoved back to position with a 3” hole in the vent. Washer was severely rocking not leveled. Both doors to the washer and dryer were damaged with deep scrapes. We fixed everything ourselves except the doors. Dewaard and bode replaced the washer door yesterday we are still waiting on the dryer door a month after install.

We've been doing business with DeWaard & Bode for 20+ years. During that time we have purchased multiple appliances for several homes and always with every purchase or service call they have always exceeded our expectations. When in the market for something new, we highly recommend Jeff Kok. His knowledge and professional handling of our transactions where always top priority with excellent service.

I have been buying appliances here for 30 years. They have all the brands and are knowledgeable about their features. A bonus is that the sales people are professional and friendly. They don't rush you, which is a plus.

I had purchased my Samsung W/D sight unseen and was relatively nervous about the outcome. On the day of the arrival it was clear that I had not only made the right decision with the W/D but the company in which I purchased from. The installers were incredibly kind, informative and efficient. They even were nice to my dogs, which goes a long way with most families with furry family members. Either way, there was a lot of work for them to do but it was great to have the professionalism and great quality of product in one package. Much appreciated.

Delivery and install of my new kitchen appliances went absolutely perfectly.

David Ihlan and DeWaard and Bode were recommended to us by friends who replaced their whole kitchen. David understood the issues that Point Roberts folks have and took it on with relish. We were extremely satisfied with our appliances. However, we think the stove may be smarter than us. We are getting through it - it took us 45 min. to figure how to cook a frozen pizza the first time we used it. I have referred another friend to David and I believe she has purchased 2 appliances through David.

We were helped by Jeff and again we’re happy with the sales service and total experience.

As a longtime customer, I am always comforted by the knowledge I am getting good products and good service!

We have bought all our appliances from DeWaard & Bode for decades. The service is outstanding. These are appliance professionals who are very knowledgeable. They really take their time to discover what your needs are and to help you find just the right appliance. Their prices are great and they are local!

My recent purchase of a washer and dryer was easy breezy from start to finish. I knew what I wanted and called the sales person, Bruce who was professional and courteous and answered all my questions and followed through each time I had a request.

Both of the delivery men were friendly, safety oriented, careful and informative.

We now have a great mattress. All went well. Making a choice was the toughest part with all those available in store and online. We bought our last mattress from DeWaard & Bode ten years ago and we came back for a replacement. The salesman and delivery folks were all very nice.

The guys fixed our commercial Garland Oven quickly and efficiently.

During 2020, from DeWaard & Bode, my family ordered three kitchen appliances -- refrigerator/freezer, upright freezer, and chest freezer. In the main store and in the outlet store, the DeWaard & Bode staff handled all of my phone inquiries and order details with up-to-date knowledge, efficiency, and respect. In advance of each appliance delivery, I received a reasonable appointment window and then a text-message as the delivery truck neared my home. The delivery crews took great care with installation of the appliances, protected doorways and floors, and answered with expertise all of my questions about operating the new appliances. My family trusts DeWaard & Bode, which is the perfect appliance store!

Normally I would give them a 5 but we had a different sales person and he didn't really try to help us or answer our questions. We had a question the day after our dryer was delivered and left a voice mail for him. He never called back. Next time we will just make sure we go back to the store on a day our regular sales person is there.

Dewaard had fantastic service and their price point beat out the big box stores.

THIS WAS THE MOST PAINLESS THING I HAVE BOUGHT OVER THE PHONE. EVERYTHING WENT PERFECT RIGHT DOWN TO THE DELIVERY AND PICK UP. I SEARCHED THE WEBSITE FOR THE MODEL I WANTED AND THEN CALLED TO ORDER AND PAYMENT WAS MADE, DELIVERY WAS SET UP AND DONE AND DONE.

I have purchased several appliances through your company. When my contractor had me got there to pick out my appliance package, I was happy because I trusted your company. I even went in to purchase my additional washer and dryer through your company, so my house would be complete when it was finished being built. Now, I have been nothing but disappointed. The washing machine I purchased on the floor got sold and they had to order a new one for me. That took 2 1/2 months to get, which is leaking. Now my brand new microwave is not working, and I was told it was going to take 3 weeks to get a technician out to look at it. I doubt it will be fixed, as they will likely have to order parts then schedule another service, as they did with my washing machine. The service I have received with building my new house, I would never recommend your company or shop there again. Very disappointed!

Service Department is really busy though.

Would have given 5 stars however, customer service after delivery is not very responsive.
