Excellent service. Welcomed into store and helped with our purchase. Staff member was warm and friendly and answered all our questions. She made the process very quick and easy to understand.
We have just bought furniture at dfs ayr was a great experience looked after very well everything explained & all done by a lovely lady who was very helpful.

Great experience
Sales staff were knowledgeable about ranges and options and to be honest I was probably not the easiest customer but was dealt with excellently at all times.
After care, insurance etc all discussed and felt like it was not always just about the sale.
Showroom was clean and tidy and was offered a brew… overall an excellent experience.

Staff was so friendly and most helpful
Staff was so friendly and most helpful, the guy who served my 86yr old mum had all the patience as she wasn't sure what to do,he gave us as much time as we needed without any pressure, he even offered tea or coffee which was so kind of him. The guy knew the answer to any questions we asked .This is the 3rd suite my mum has bought from DFS,so the store is doing something right.
