Suny greeted us immediately. He was warm, courteous and completely professional. We asked for a little time to browse and returned promptly when we wanted detailed information. His knowledge of the furniture we we were looking at was exemplary. It wa his manner and thorough knowledge that convinced us to make the purchase. We were very impressed and happy

DFS the best choice
Over the past few months searched various furniture stores and always came back to DFS. The sofa we saw on our first visit to DFS is the one we have chosen. The staff on each visit have been friendly and helpful. Today we purchased our choice and Sonny at Birstall store was informative, very helpful and professional.
