The customer service was excellent- Sunny the member of staff who looked after us was brilliant . The level of attention and professionalism was off the scale! we were offered coffee, he explained everything thoroughly and was extremely personable. An absolute gentleman.

Only in the store for about half hour as I knew what sofa and configuration I wanted. It was just a matter of sitting in the sofa and confirming the order, which was done professionally. Easy experience. Defo recommend !!

Great Service
Staff member we dealt with Adam Smith was great and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed and some very good advice without trying to push the sale. We came away very happy with our purchase and the whole process was very easy.
