Great Service
Staff member we dealt with Adam Smith was great and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed and some very good advice without trying to push the sale. We came away very happy with our purchase and the whole process was very easy.

Excellent experience
The store was pleasant, clean and well laid out. We were not 'pestered' by sales staff but were acknowledged and offered assistance by them. Salesman Ben answered all of our questions, ensuring that our requirements were met and efficiently took us through the process. All easy and drama free.

Great experience at the Bolton store this week. Managed to order a custom made couch that wasn’t even on the website / show room.

Excellent customer service
We went in to order a sofa that we had looked at online,in store we liked the look of another sofa. Steph soon got us sorted with what we needed and was very helpful with her knowledge of the sofas which made our experience very smooth.
