DFS Furniture - Bolton Avis 

The sales person was very friendly and took time to understand our requirements.
Made us a brew.
Salesperson made us understand about the insurance and the extras.

We searched many retail stores and found the options at DFS to be the best. We bought the new pop-up sofa and plan on buying three/two seater soon as we look forward to moving soon into our new home. Claire Carty made our experience enjoyable and friendly. Claire is an asset to the Company who was full of knowledge and ides. We also learnt you do garden furniture which we will also check out online. Claire joined us around the store as we explored all the options, and we have settled on what we want and will reach out to Claire very soon to complete our purchases.

Great experience as soon as I entered the store. Had a look around initially and when I returned after thinking through my purchase, the transaction was seamless & top notch customer service provided the whole way through.

Dave was brilliant on two visits I had to the store. Completely no pressure, really informative and honest!

Visited the Bolton DFS store and was left alone to wander and try the sofas on offer. Yes staff did speak to us but were not pushy and once we had made our choice we then spoke with Clair who was most helpful and explained the process and time frame for our delivery. Only one slight worry was when we received our order notification via email and it only showed one of the two colours that our sofa was being made in. A quick call to the customer services and it was found to be right. The system can’t put two colours in but it was on our order. So yes very happy so far and now waiting for our new sofas to arrive.

The salesman was excellent, he talked us through the stages. He gave some very constructive advice which helped us decide on what we needed and how it would fit into the front room. We were very impressed with his knowledge. He was very friendly and it was a very good experience.
