DFS Furniture - Bolton Avis 

Dave was brilliant on two visits I had to the store. Completely no pressure, really informative and honest!

Visited the Bolton DFS store and was left alone to wander and try the sofas on offer. Yes staff did speak to us but were not pushy and once we had made our choice we then spoke with Clair who was most helpful and explained the process and time frame for our delivery. Only one slight worry was when we received our order notification via email and it only showed one of the two colours that our sofa was being made in. A quick call to the customer services and it was found to be right. The system can’t put two colours in but it was on our order. So yes very happy so far and now waiting for our new sofas to arrive.

The salesman was excellent, he talked us through the stages. He gave some very constructive advice which helped us decide on what we needed and how it would fit into the front room. We were very impressed with his knowledge. He was very friendly and it was a very good experience.

Been looking for a sofa for sometime and had my eye on one from DFS spoke to Soni who help me finalise the sofa. Great advice and customer service 10/10 thank you

Adam Smith was very helpful. He answered all my questions, he gave lots of information and advice. He wasn't pushy and gave me time to think about my purchase. The shop was busy but still delivered excellent customer service.

SUNI made a pleasurable experience buying a sofa and recliner chair. Suni assisted us with everything we wanted including Gliders and sofacare. Such a welcoming gentleman.

Absolutely brilliant customer service!! Adam spent a lot of time listening to me and understanding what I was looking for! A real genuine people person, explaining literally everything about each sofa I looked at and even helped me, with lots of choice and information, to decide the design, colour and colour choice of the rug I wanted to buy! He is experienced in art and design so a definite plus!
The information at every stage was brilliant and I feel I was able to make a confident and fully informed decision!
I was not pressured in any way at all, at anytime and I am really happy with my sofa and rug I purchased today!!
All of the staff were lovely also. A truly happy experience!!

Had the smoothest ordering service this morning with Ricki at the Bolton store. Fabulous service and he was so friendly. Nothing worse than when you come across pushy in sales but Ricki was far from this. So knowledgeable and informative

DFS , Darren was very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything and all our options. Helped with choice of leather explaining what the different types were to help with our choice. No hard sell just explanations.
