Robyn went above and beyond to help us out, we arrived poorly prepared and didn't have any measurements however Robyn worked wonders and we managed to overcome that, chose the sofa we wanted and ordered over the phone after thinking about it for a night. Thank you!

Robyn was amazing with us today whilst we were looking for our new sofa! She showed us exactly what was suitable for us and was able to show us what colours/ styles we could have, she even showed us around the show room to point out the different colours we had picked so we could see before we bought, she was also brilliant in entertaining our son who was starting to get “bored”🤣

Harlech Grande "formal bac cushions
Wanted to get some "formal back" cushions for our Harlech Granda sofa (we previously bought it with the scatter cushions back). DFS have been very helpful in getting these for us.
