DFS Furniture - Colne Avis 

From the moment we entered the store Faz was there to greet us. She made us feel so welcome. She discussed with us our needs and let us roam the store to look around undisturbed. We felt no pressure to buy at all and found her helpfulness a total pleasure. We took the time we needed to discuss our choice and options. By the time we left the store we had decided on a choice that was perfect for our needs. She allowed us to confirm our measurements on a follow up call before finalising our order. We can't wait for our new sofa and foot stool to arrive. We highly recommend DFS and the level of customer service they provide. Thanks again to Faz we really appreciate all your help.

Everything was done online easily.
The staff in the store were very helpful but l found it easier to order online while l sat on my nice new sofa. Thankyou DFS.

We visited the Colne store of DFS ,we was greeted by Tehseen who said Hi & we advised him when wd needed help we would give him a shout we went onti have a browse around & about 20 minutes later we gave him a wave for help Tahseen was very polite ,knowlegable and answered any questions we had i must also say he didnt rush us he was very patient we decided on our suute ,placed the order with him & hr talked us through all delivery instructions we would recieve via txt etc thank you Tahseen
