Derren was very nice and friendly, she explained everything in detail and gave us all the information we needed before buying the sofas.
All the staff were very nice and we even enjoyed a coffee as we were discussing the options.

Excellent friendly service with a coffee and a smile
We found our sales advisor very informative and helpful, it was nice to feel relaxed with our cappuccinos that we were offered whilst the finer details of our purchase were being explained fully. I didn't feel pressured at all into making a purchase which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend you store to my friends.

Brooke was lovely!
Brooke was really personable, friendly and professional.
I had visited the store previously and researched so knew what I wanted. Brooke was very good at checking details and colour options, showing examples in store and made the ordering process very easy. When feeling the difference between the cushion options, she was insistent I sat like I did at home so I did take my shoes off and tuck my feet up to be comfortable!
She was very clear with the care of the sofa and the products on offer, which we purchased.
Would definitely return in the future and ask for Brooke’s assistance again.

I was met in the shop by a lady called Brooke… she was very smiley and very helpful… she spent a lot of time with me making sure I choose the best option for me and she went through everything. Such a lovely lady.

Buying a Ronan L shaped sofa
Went into the Crawley store twice before deciding to go for our sofa. Went onto the dfs website and found the phone number for purchases and got connected to Zee. He was great, taking us through the process in a really clear way. He made sure we had the right sofa, with all the features we wanted. We were very pleased with the thoroughness of the process.
