Tom at the County Mall, Crawley branch was polite, attentive & explained everything to us.
He had a good knowledge of the product & gave clear advice. He was not pushy or tried to sell anything extra.

Sales person was really welcoming
Sales person was really welcoming. I like the fact that she informed me of the insurance and care package but didn't try to push me into buying them. From a customer service point of view I would definitely recommend going into a store a speaking to a real person.

New suite
The sales assistant was very helpful, friendly and informative. Answered the questions we had with ease. Told us she was fairly new so apologised if she was slow. We were comfortable and happy to purchase the suite with the sales person
