Damage to my sofa
Damage to my sofa, the velvet is scratched at the back and beside it is a hole which looks kind of like a cigarette burn or something, I also did not receive the fabricare I paid for, I am happy with my sofa but would like a resolution to the damage made, I understand there are different compartments to getting a sofa built from picking in the shop to the delivery but one would expect their furniture to be handled with a lot more care than it gets, I would also expect to get the products I’ve paid for, we spent a lot more than what the sofa was actually worth with “insurance” and the fabricare and our sofa is damaged and no fabricare received, there was another issues with getting the sofa to click in together (it’s a corner), but I think I’ve made my point, bit disappointing to say the least.

Very helpful staff, Elaine was so helpful and took so much time with us to ensure we got the right sofa, she also took time and explained the proper care required to help extend the life of the furniture, All in all a very simple and straightforward purchase made even better by the helpful staff.

Great customer service and James was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofa we were buying. Great to get the advice and extra warranty in store other wise we would probably not have bought if done online by myself. Because the sofa has loads off components and technology it was wise to get.
