Wonderful customer service
Had such a fantastic experience buying my sofa today! The lady who helped me was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely to chat with—we even ended up swapping dog stories and looking at photos of my foster dog, Lila! Excellent customer service with a really personal touch. Highly recommend!

I was welcomed and after explaining my needs and budget I was shown a variety of options that would be suitable for me. I was not rushed in making my decision and the sales advisor. May in Droitwich was lovely and really informed and even made us a lovely cup of coffee. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend.

New purchase completely positively
The staff at DFS Droitwich made the choosing and purchasing of our new items swift and uncomplicated. There was no pressure. Our queries were addressed and details checked. A good level of customer service and done with a personal approach. Thank you.
I would have given a full rating if there had been flexibility or availability on the material swatches, but this is not about the staff at the store, more about the DFS policy I am sure.
