These two men turned up and had no idea…
These two men turned up and had no idea how to put tge chairs together so much so I put one together myself and helped them with the other one ..they said they had very limited training .I was happy to help but more training should be given as this wasn't there fault

From start to finish Excellent experience
From start to finish as we entered into DFS Eastbourne we were not pounced on, as we found in other places, but left to take our time with looking at the many sofas & chairs. As it's a large purchase for many years so you need to be able to take your time. Eventually when we needed to ask a question Jason was there, friendly very happy & positive too & didn't push us to make a quick decision. His knowledge of all the different products helped us to make an informed & right decision. Right from our store experience in April to finally getting our sofa & chairs our experience has been excellent. Customer service is brilliant to whether you contact them on the phone or on live chat. Jason after we purchased our suite offered to pop by & check something out after the delivery drivers pointed something out.. Because of the professional care we've had from start to finish, we are really pleased with our purchase. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service from the…Excellent
Absolutely brilliant service from the time we went into the shop. One of the nicest experiences Ive had going into a furniture shop. The salesman was exercellent and told us everything we needed to know. Also the thing that made me buy was that I asked if it would easily fit through 2 doors that are close together. He said the one we bought comes into pieces so no problem with access.
