My experience was great with dfs the lady was very helpful, but when my sofa came it’s not the colour I hoped for , I’m very disappointed it said it was black , but looked dark grey on the sample , amd when delivered it’s navy blue , I hate it and very uncomfortable

After the store, it was poor
Guy in the store was good. After that it was rubbish tbh. Delivery guys didn’t put it together properly so I had to redo it when they left. They also cut the bottom of the sofas open as didn’t have the proper tools needed to install the feet. Customer service said they would get someone to fix it but nothing came from that. I then chased them to get it sorted but the wait time was too long and my partner was in labour when they could come over.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us, we are sorry to hear of the difficulties faced with your order. In some instances, the feet for the furniture are stored in the base of the sofa and we do need to cut the base cloth to gain access to these parts. We can see an appointment was scheduled for earlier this year to resolve this area of concern.

Ben introduced himself in a friendly manner, he told us to call him if we needed any help or had any questions, he wasn't pushy which myself and my husband liked. We were left to browse at our leisure and we called on Ben when we had made our choice. He was friendly and honest and offered us coffee, we enjoyed cappuccinos while doing the paperwork, which was done efficiently and quickly. Only downside was Ben was an Arsenal supporter lol which made for humorous banter from my husband being a spurs supporter. Would recommend and Ben an asset to DFS.
