DFS Furniture - Galway Avis 

A great place with high quality product. We are delighted to buy our living room sets from Galway branch. We met with Gad, he is an excellet person, very supportive and explained every detail smoothly and ina perfect manner. The finance option over 4 years with intresst free is a huge benifit. I totally recommend DFS for anyone planning to buy high quality furniture.

Our experience was great due to the exceptional help of the Sales assistant Michelle Connolly Glynn, she made time for us and explained the purchase in great detail, she made us feel valued as customers which is very rare to find these days.

Although I have not received my suite yet, the process so far has been great. Jaden in the Galway store has been super to deal with, very helpful

DFS in Galway is a good store and the service is professional. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback is the sale of a sofa care plan to customers. This service should be provided by an external company, but it's a scam. Trust Pilot rating: 1.1. I'm a bit surprised that a company like DFS is risking its reputation by selling guardsman service. Furniture rating: 5, Sofa Care: 0, average: 2.5

I had many visits to the Wellpark store before I made my mind up which sofa to purchase. Each time I met with Michelle she was always reassuring,helpful and knowledgeable. Michelle never rushed me to make a decision spending time on colour, size etc

We had such a fantastic experience in the Galway store thanks to Jaden and his colleague. We travelled from Mayo especially after spotting a lovely sofa on their website, and it was absolutely worth the trip.

Jaden was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful from the moment we arrived. He sat down with me and my sister, who was with me at the time, and took the time to go through all the couches in detail, answering every question we had and making sure we felt confident in our choice.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve visited many sofa and furniture shops while trying to kit out mine and my husbands new home, but I never had an experience like this. Nowhere else took the time to sit with us, talk everything through, and genuinely help us the way Jaden and his colleague did. It made such a difference, and it’s the reason I’m so happy we chose DFS.

Both Jaden and his colleague made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed we even had a laugh together. We spent nearly two hours in the shop and joked that they probably thought we were part of the furniture by the end of it! I’ve never spent that long in a store before, but it was completely worth it. They made us feel so welcome, and everything felt genuine and unhurried. It never felt rushed, and they truly went above and beyond to help us.

Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his colleague’s name on the day, but he was equally friendly and helpful, and I’d love to thank him as well.

Customer service like this really stands out, and it made the whole process exciting and stress-free. We can’t wait for our new couches to arrive. Thanks again to Jaden and the team for making it such a great experience!

A very pleasant shop with knowledgeable staff ready to engage when you’re ready to in a non rush or sales pitchy way showing you all the options available once what your likes/dislikes are determined.

Efficient and timely delivery

From start to finish, the DFS team were extremely helpful,especiallyJadan in the Galway branch who helped us on our sofa journey. So, I went couch shopping, with no idea of what I wanted. Jaden took his time and patience to go through alot of options to find the sofa that I liked. We were successful. After all the paperwork done, I was advised it would be six to eight weeks for delivery. It was great that I could track my delivery. Plenty of emails to advise me on delivery dates. Very Happy with the DFS service.

I recently ordered a sofa from Ben and even though delivery takes around 7 weeks, I already feel confident and happy with my choice.

From the moment I walked in, Ben made me feel welcome — he even offered me a coffee and took the time to sit and chat, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal rather than rushed.

He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and helping me choose the right sofa without any pressure. His communication has been excellent throughout.

I’m really looking forward to receiving the sofa and would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for beautiful furniture and genuinely great service.

It was a great experience

We had help from Katrina to select our couch and chair. She was incredibly helpful and gave great advice. She explained the credit process to us and guided us all the way. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

we arrive at the store in galway to have a look at suites and with the great help and detailed description from Ghad we purchased. Ghad went to all rounds measuring and even asked both my husband and I to design what we wanted to make sure we were both on the same page and thank god we matched, I think Ghad was impressed. cant wait for it to arrive over the coming months
