Tom from Charlton DFS helped us buy our brand new pierson 2 & 3 seater power recliner sofa and we couldn't of asked for a better guy to help us, true salesman and top guy. 11/10 from me and my wife, highly recommend to see Tom if you want a new sofa, he will not only make you feel welcome, but will help you with finding your new sofa. A huge thank you from me and my wife to Tom, we are now sitting back and relaxing, waiting for our sofas to arrive and to be put together :)

Kerry was a really brilliant sales person. She never pressured us but had all the information we needed at her finger tips. She was patient and helpful and really friendly and personable with lots of impartial advice that was really beneficial.
