He was friendly, smiled, listened to us and gave us his undivided attention, making us feel valued.

Adam the sales man was very informative…
Adam the sales man was very informative and helpful in the store and made sure I was aware of all the delivery dates and added extra needed, he offered us coffee and made the experience with dfs simple, my first time dealing with dfs and will definitely shop there again

Excellent Experience
Really happy with our experience - went to DFS as we needed a sofa for our new house. Met on arrival by the lovely Hope who showed us to the sofa we’d seen online, and which we thought we wanted to buy. She answered all my questions and then left us to it to try the different sofas in our time without rushing or pressuring us. In the end we went for a different sofa than we had picked out initially, and again Hope was fantastic. She made the buying process very simple and straightforward whilst ensuing everything was explained clearly and that we knew exactly what we were buying and when it would arrive etc. Really impressed and happy with our experience and the service we received! Thank you Hope!
