Adam was so helpful he advised us about different fabrics and what would be best for us .we purchased a lovely teal sofa and chair the whole process was so easy and he made us a lovely coffee so glad we came here 😁

I bought the Joules Patterdale 3 seater and cuddler through Adam at the Haverfordwest branch.
Both Adam and the branch manager and other colleagues in store at the time were very friendly, polite and helpful. Offered useful information and advice. I didnt feel time pressured as I back and fourthed on what style, colour and fabric I wanted. This is my second sofa ive bought from dfs and through the Haverfordwest branch. Thank you 😊

I took my mum to our local DFS to buy a new sofa and from the moment we entered the store we received excellent customer service. Both the store manager and sales advisor were attentive but not at all pushy and mum was able to make a decision about what she wanted without feeling rushed. Would highly recommend.

Cerri was helpful when we needed it but left us alone to discover the store and all of the possibilities.

We are moving home and popped in for a look as we’ve been on the fence about getting a new sofa. We had a good chance to browse before Adam introduced himself and offered help. Although we didn’t exactly intend on buying a sofa straight away, not once did we feel pressured. We found ourselves returning to one sofa in particular and Adam came back to give us more information about it and how we could make it fit in our new living room. The whole process was so efficient and fun, I’ve never had a brand new sofa before! He was so clear and concise about the delivery, how to look after the sofa, what’s covered in the care plan and everything in between! We are over the moon with our purchase and cannot wait to see it in our new home. A huge thanks to Adam, who’s fantastic at every element of his role, in helping us find our new sofa!

Haverfordwest branch. Absolutely fantastic service. Our sales representative was Adam. Fantastic knowledge of all merchandise but wasn’t pushy at all. Had just left a different store (not DFS) due to intimidating salesman. He made us feel comfortable, not rushed and had such a polite and friendly manner. Great guy and made our purchase memorable.

Went in to store knowing what sofa we wanted to have a look at. Steve took us to the sofa, got us both a cuppa and talked us through the options. There was no pushy sales tactics or anything like that, just a genuinely nice guy selling us a sofa🥰 would go back if I ever want another sofa 🙌 can't wait for my new pink sofa to arrive 🥰🙌
