Excellent service from start to finish!
Excellent service from start to finish. Greeted on arrival and left to browse the store. Any questions were answered first time and without hesitation. The order was placed with Tina who is an asset to DFS. Tina was friendly, polite, helpful and gave a brilliant level of service. Having worked within a service industry I would have her on my team any day of the week.
If the delivery is as efficient then it will be a 100% across the board.

Great service and a super product
We visited the store and was welcomed and shown around, the staff asked the right questions without being pushy. After making our choice we went away and phoned in the order and was taken through the steps carefully and politely. The whole procedure was flawless, well done.

Lexie was excellent overall. The sales patter was a little long winded with all of the care products, extra warranty, competitions etc but that’s not her fault, just a company imposed patter I’m sure.
