The staff were helpful but not invasive. They answered questions and let us browese unhindered. When we made our choice they advised us our options were very friendly and efficient.

Great choice of sofas to pick from
Great choice of sofas to pick from. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and we felt under no pressure.
The sales lady we dealt with,Tina at the Ipswich branch, definitely deserves credit for her knowledge and understanding of the furniture we purchased.

Top Notch Assistance
Buying experience was great. Salesman (Rich or Reg sorry not 100% sure) was excellent, informative and not pushy. Nothing was too much trouble and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in store particularly playing the “yes/no” game. We are looking forward to receiving our new furniture.
