Both our sofas arrived FAULTY
Both our sofas arrived FAULTY, DAMAGED & STAINED. Manager does not want to resolve it fairly, he seems to think we can buy a new sofa and they can just come and "fix" it, NO we not expect a brand new sofa or should i say sofas to be FIXED! Would never recommend DFS at all

I found the showroom very interesting! Your staff although attentive were not pushy in any way. Once we had made a preliminary decision the young lady was very helpful and very aware of our time restraints

Need more flexibility in delivery
Need more flexibility in delivery. When buying a new house and you are not sure of date of exchange of contracts.
Salesperson unable to confirm even after being given door size whether sofa will go through. All sofas should have confirmation included from manufacturer as to door size required.
Salesperson very good. DFS need to do above.

Our sales advisers can only offer advice regarding a product and access, it is a customers responsibility to check measurements of the furniture upon returning home to ensure the products are suitable.

The sales Lady was absolutly first class took the time to guide us through our requirments and provided options as we went along taking time to explain features that helped us narrow down our selection.
I couldn't fault her approach to the sale never did I fell pressured or rushed.
It was the perfect sales technique in my opinion coming from sales myself.
