I’ve forgotten the name of the guy that helped me but he was fab and I highly recommend him. He took time with me and there was absolutely no pressure. Great customer service.

Very helpful and curtious salesman
Very helpful and curtious salesman. No pressure. Offered certain extras but no pressure. Only reason one star knocked off was how a cleaning kit was included in the final price despite us not asking for it or being told about it. Quickly removed when we noticed it and said we didn't need it. Recent rise in delivery cost was also a bit of a shock.

Vast choice in showroom, great service
Friendly, welcoming staff, but left alone to look around the store - lots of choice! Available for any questions. We took our time choosing and then we popped home quickly to check measurements, and returned with our requirements for 3 sofas. Was helped by the lovely Tom to progress our order. What a lovely guy, explained everything, went through the order and various options, talked us through the protection insurance etc. Couldn't have asked for a nicer gentleman, total pleasure.
