DFS Furniture - Northampton Avis 

Harry was extremely helpful with helping myself with choosing the type of couch I wanted as I was stuck between two and he was able to find one that was perfect for what I wanted. He was very friendly towards my mum as well as myself. Fantastic experience overall. Other staff were also friendly and offering to help.

I purchased a sofa today in DFS Northampton and was so impressed with the customer service I received from Elisha. She was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff(Recce) was patient with me and was able to explain everything to me

Lovely products in store, and excellent customer service throughout. Our salesman, Reece was incredibly informative and took the time to answer all of our questions, clearly explaining the pros and limitations of each sofa we were considering. He also encouraged us to double-check our measurements and carefully imagine how the sofa would fit within our home, which we really appreciated.
On our return visit, Reece helped us make a confident and informed decision on the sofa we chose, and we’re very pleased with it. He was polite, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process, making the experience stress-free and an enjoyable purchase.

Based on our experience, we would be unlikely to recommend DFS.

While the in-store staff were great at helping us select a sofa and made the ordering process smooth and straightforward, the rest of the experience fell well below expectations.

Our delivery was delayed beyond the original timeframe, which was already disappointing. When the sofa finally arrived, the delivery process itself created further issues — the delivery team caused damage to our hallway walls and banister. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there, as upon inspection we also found that the sofa itself was damaged.

Overall, despite the positive interaction in-store, the combination of delays, property damage, and receiving a faulty product has led to a very unsatisfactory experience.

Tina truly went above and beyond to help me, understood my situation, provided reassurance, and put me at ease, relieving my stress.
Her patience did not go unnoticed and it is rare to see this level of effort within customer based roles.

The sales person was excellent after he introduced himself we were left alone to look around only to ask if we had any questions and get us some refreshments and once we were ready he was ready and really helpful.
