Mike was fantastic. Highly recommend
Was sold a couch by Mike which looked great in the showroom but then it was delivered and it went downhill from there. The guys who delivered it didn't explain any of the features or check it was working. Half the features dont work. The Bluetooth, the lights and heated seats all dont work. Been through loads of troubleshooting and nothing fixes it.
However after a few phone calls and a visit back to the store Mike and the other staff managed to get the issue resolved and got me set up with a different couch at a better rate than before so im happy with everything now. Would highly recommend Mike at Elk Mill store.

Lots of choice in both styles and colours, the store layout was good and all seating was easily accessible to try.The customer service was excellent Alicia was so friendly,professional and made the whole experience of choosing our new furniture so easy.
