DFS Furniture - Rotherham Avis 

Took my parents to look for a new sofa, from going into the shop there was no pressure sales it was a relaxed and nice experience. When we did decide to buy a sofa Rebecca the sales assistant helped us no end. She was polite, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, so much so I went the next day and bought a sofa for myself too

Warren Johnson was extremely helpful with helping us decide on which sofa to purchase for our first sofa. He was easily approachable and knowledgeable on DFS products, and guided us through each step and how to care for our sofa when it arrives. Thank you Warren!

We walked in the Rotherham store just to have a browse, the staff were all lovely, weren’t pushy at all, let us look round freely without pestering us which we really appreciated. We ended up purchasing a sofa, Warren the man who dealt with us was lovely, we were in and out within 10 minutes the process was that quick and simply.

The store was clean and the staff were very welcoming and polite! The Lady Nicola that helped us was so kind and caring and answered any and all questions that we had. She also sent us an email with all the info added so we could mull it over and order the sofa online when we got home.

I recently purchased a sofa from your store. While I am happy with the service provided by your staff, I was disappointed that no complimentary items were offered with my purchase. I was also charged separately for the cleaning product.

Just two days earlier, I purchased products from another store, and they provided several complimentary items, which made the overall experience much better.

We were impressed from the outset by the standard of service and the product knowledge of the salesman, Richard. We’d been searching for our ideal snuggle chair for some months and we’d already made our choice before visiting the store. However, Richard explained everything about the chair, the fabric, the care and maintenance and the guarantees, so we were confident we were buying a quality, hard-wearing product that we would enjoy for years.
