Fantastic Service
We were met by Graeme as we entered the store who gave us the freedom to roam around on our own but was always on hand to answer any questions we had.
There is lots more choice than I thought at the Shrewsbury branch and we saw a settee we liked straight away and the process to ordering it was nice and simple and not a very long wait for it to be delivered. All of our questions answered and properly explained we walked away happy just looking forward to having it in our living room now.

Service was great
Service was great, was approached by your newest colleague who was on his first day on shopfloor very polite and helpful.
Due to him not having codes to accept and process any sales a young lady came over to help and show him, again all great.

No hard sell - brilliant service
Ella at the Shrewsbury store was really helpful with no hard sell. She created an online basket for us so we didn’t have to travel back to the store once we made the decision on the colour we wanted, this was more convenient for us and greatly appreciated.

Staff introduced herself and pointed me to the recliner chairs and left us to browse. Asking every now and then asking if we were okay. Explained all the options for paying etc Her name was Ella she was so friendly and helpful
