Attention to detail and not feeling rushed. I especially like the way everything was double checked with another member of staff so there could be no confusion .

Love the way you're not pestered while browsing. I had been in previously and Fyzer had been particularly helpful. A couple of weeks later when I had made a decision on the sofa I wanted, I went in again and found Fyzer. Again she was really helpful and went out of her way to answer all my questions - even calling me back after closing when I had an additional question about dimensions. I was also impressed that your main telephone customer services lady passed my message on immediately so my query could be resolved asap and I could safely sign the contract.

I got a great deal on a sofa for my first property today. The salesman (Joe) was kind and professional and processed the sell quickly. I will definitely return for more furniture in the future.

We were served by Adam who gave an excellent service. We originally came in a few weeks ago and were looking at a completely different sofa. On discussion we decided it wasn’t quite right for us and Adam showed us some other options and we finally settled on the Roseley range. Adam was very knowledgeable and understood what we needed from our new sofas. Highly recommend Adam.

My wife Gloria and I have just placed an order for the Kian two seater sofa,in midnight blue fabric, at your Hedge End store. Fisa (I am so sorry if I've spelt it wrong!) was most helpful. She set up Gloria's choice of fabric colours to tone in with our lounge decor on your room decor image programme and gave excellent advice and demonstration of your easy glide feet fixtures. As well as explaining the benefits of the fabric stain protection and spot cleaning package. All of which we have added to the order.
