we asked to see all the sofas that were sofa beds, we were shown them all and with the one we were interested in we were show how easy it was to pull the bed out and got to lay on the bed to check how it felt. Michelle was great and gave us space to talk together and look around without her with us, but ensured she was on hand if we had any questions

Happy shopping experience
We were greeted by a smiley, cheerful young lady, who was helpful but not intrusive. Hergood knowledge of furniture helped us to decide on our choice, and we were given all the points that we needed to know.

Great service and so nice to us oldies
The lady in the store sorry I don't know her name gave my husband and I great service and advice and then ordered the 2 matressess that we needed.
