Very helpful, very polite & explained everything we needed to know

From start to finish my experience was first class. We visited the store a few days before purchase and the young man was very good, think he was called Dallios but not certain. On the day of purchase Sophie was really professional and most helpful and friendly in every way. She thoroughly explained everything that I needed to know about care of furniture and benefits of guardsman. My time in the store was relaxing and pleasant

We recently purchased our sofa from DFS, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The showroom staff gave us plenty of space to browse without any pushy sales tactics, but were right there when we needed expert advice on fabrics and measurements

The DFS sales team member I dealt with was Diallo, hopefully spelt that right, at the Sunderland branch. He was excellent. His product knowledge, his advice and his attitude were second to none.
The showroom is well set out with ample natural light sobthat you can see the actual shades and colours.
After deciding which product etc the 'paperwork' was quick and efficient.
The whole experience with DFS was pleasant and easy. At no time did i feel under pressure and I left feeling confident that buying from here was a good decision. Fully recommend DFS to anyone.

Emma explained everything correctly and provided us with a lot of knowledge regarding all the different furniture we were interested in purchasing. All relevant details once order was placed was given in a clear and timely manner. 100% would recommend Emma to anyone.
