I love my new sofa it arrived on time agreed.. in perfect condition the two gentleman who brought it and installed it were polite, cheerful and careful just an excellent service for the second time with dfs thank you :-)

Our experience at DFS Swindon was very… great
Our experience at DFS Swindon was very good when you walk into the store you dont have someone come straight up to you and start asking questions, i like to look around then find help when needed, Jason was our customer service man today and a very nice man friendly, polite, explained everything step by step, answered any questions with great knowledge, would recommend DFS to friends and family.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient
Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful or patient staff member this morning. Understood exactly what I needed and was able to show me other sofas I hadn’t even considered when looking online. New sofa purchase
Had a show round various sofas with my partner at the Swindon store and picked out a trek sofa. Experience was great, Greg was lovely to deal with.
Sofa was delivered and setup today by dfs and great experience from them too and quickly setup.
