Excellent experience buying furniture from DFS in Swindon today. The salesman Jason was friendly and engaging, never pushy. He ensured we were happy with the furniture before completing the sale.

Purchasing new furniture.
We went to DFS with an idea of the furniture we wanted but having seen the one we thought we were going to have we realised it didn't suit our purpose.
However, Jason was on hand to help us with selecting something that was more suitable for our needs.
Jason was friendly, helpful and listened to our needs and guided us along the path to select what we needed.
When it came to closing the deal he gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision.
I cannot commend his service high enough.
