My experience in store was excellent.
Lots of help and advice from staff when needed but otherwise given the time and space to browse and make my mind up. It was great to have lots of sofas to try out rather than ordering without trying first.Having a good show room with lots of choice is vital to me.
Only thing that might have helped is having more examples of sofa beds in the various models.

The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable and answered our questions. We discussed various sofas and which was best for us.
We ordered and paid the deposit, it was a quick process with all the additional options explained.
