DFS Furniture - Torquay Avis 

We were very pleasantly surprised to find that there was no "hard-Sell" in store with the colleague simply asking what we were looking for and guiding us towards just what we wanted. He even warned us regarding the dimensions in the shop looking much smaller than they may in our home.
The salesperson was polite, friendly and helpful throughout and should be commended for his manner and expertise in making this a worthwhile and enjoyable experience. .

The sales woman was very helpful. No matter what my concern was, she made sure I had everything I needed and answered every question with knowledge and professionalism.

The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.

I had a really good experience with DFS. The whole process was explained clearly from start to finish, and the staff were very patient, friendly, and happy to answer all of my questions. They took the time to make sure I understood everything, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend DFS to others.

We were taken very good care by Lily. She explained how to look after our furniture to keep it in a good condition for a very long time. She also introduced us and recommended the 5-year care plan which we think is really good value. She was lovely and helpful along the whole sale process.
