Great and informative experience
The sales representative was really helpful and informative which helped our experience. Especially with our young children running around all over the place and was being so patient with us while we were in-between running after them, and listening to what options we could have included.

This was our third visit to the store
This was our third visit to the store, as we were undecided and had short listed a few. Tess and Jim were both very helpful in assisting us and gave some good advice. Although it was nearly closing time, Jim went above and beyond to help us with our final decision. Very happy with our choice.

Great product with excellent service
A great quality product. Have been to various showrooms today but this product was an immediate winner, stylish, very comfortable and a good price. Happy with my choice I can truly say the customer service was excellent and has only added in a positive way to the whole purchasing experience. Professional, polite, very knowledgeable but not pushy.
