We recently ordered a sofa from DFS and received outstanding service from Poppy. From the moment we walked into the showroom, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect sofa for our home.
Poppy took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, patiently answered all of our questions, and guided us through the various options without ever making us feel pressured. Her product knowledge was excellent, and she made the whole purchasing process smooth, easy, and enjoyable.
What really stood out was her professionalism combined with her warm and approachable manner. She went above and beyond to ensure we were confident in our decision and made us feel like valued customers throughout.
